Medical Errors: An Analysis of Physicians’ Perceptions

The article provides a detailed analysis of health professionals’ perceptions of medical errors. Information was collected through an opinion survey conducted among physicians. The article explores contributing factors to medical errors and ways of reduction of them, with a focus on improving reporting systems and increasing information of these issues within the medical community.
