Abstract

This article describes the quality of medical services that cause a lot of confusion in contemporary world. The quality of medical care is measured by customer satisfaction, depending on the specifics of the medical services offered. The paper analyzes the types of criteria used in measuring quality in hospital institutions: structure criteria, process criteria and result criteria. All these criteria are used to measure the quality of healthcare.
