Abstract

At the present stage of development of tuberculosis as a science, special attention should be paid to detection of extrapulmonary forms. While it is easier to suspect extrapulmonary localization against the background of generalized process, isolated lesions of one organ cause great difficulties for doctors and represent a multidisciplinary problem. Particular attention should be paid to changes in urine, which may be accompanied by MBT kidney involvement.
