Oценка риска в хирургии портальной гипертензии у больных циррозом печени (обзор литературы).

Тяжесть дисфункции печени, сопутствующие заболевания, тип и сложность хирургического вмешательства, в том числе планового или экстренного, являются определяющими факторами периоперационной смертности и заболеваемости у пациентов с циррозом печени. Стратификация риска является мощным инструментом принятия решений и должна быть обязательной частью хирургической практики. В этой статье мы кратко описываем шкалы периоперационного риска, обычно используемые в хирургии портальной гипертензии для прогнозирования послеоперационной смертности.
