Целью исследования было представить клинический случай легочной эмболии у молодой пациентки 26 лет с кратким обзором литературы. Особенностью случая с представленной легочной эмболией стала связь с острым тромбозом глубокой венозной системы и наружной вены, бедренных вен, подколенных вен, большеберцовых вен на фоне применения комбинированных оральных контрацептивов.
