Почечная гемодинамика у больных гипертонической болезнью

Несмотря на очевидный прогресс, диверсификацию терапевтических возможностей и бесчисленное количество исследований, артериальную гипертензию все еще часто трудно контролировать. К сожалению, частота случаев, когда артериальное давление не достигает целевых ориентиров, очень высока во всем мире. Сложная концепция терапевтически резистентной гипертензии представляет сложную ситуацию для практического подхода. Будучи одновременно заболеванием и снижаемым фактором риска основных сердечно-сосудистых событий,мы можем указать, что правильный подход к лечению резистентной гипертензии является одной из основных задач кардиологии. Недавние исследования подчеркивают важность почечной гемодинамики у пациентов с гипертонической болезнью с возможной оценкой эволюции во времени почечной функции, повреждения органов-мишеней и ответа на гипотензивное лечение. Таким образом, как с научной точки зрения, так и для практической медицины особый интерес представляет выявление особенностей почечной гемодинамики у резистентных к лечению больных АГ.
