Modificările constantelor biologice după tratamentul deschis al chistului renal simplu

Abstract

The one year open-labeled prospective study on 194 patients with simple kidney cysts has shown that open cystectomy provides a signifi cant reduction of the infl ammatory syndrome (from cca 30% till 0%), hemoglobine values normalization as well as lower rates of leucocyturia, erythrocyteuria and proteinuria. Positive dynamics is observed at 3 months’ distance and maintained 12 monts after the operation. In patients with continuing presence of such pathological modifi cations one should exclude associated pathology.
