Eficienţa tratamentului chirurgical al defectelor de continuitate a osului mandibular cu ajutorul plăcilor reconstructive din titan

Abstract

The reconstruction of the mandible defects, by the titanic reparative plate, with the soldered titanic joint implants to it, is performed for the purpose of the esthetic face look preservation and reconstruction of mastication function. From our clinic practical experience during the study of treatments cases of posttraumatic osteomyelitis we turn our attention to surgical treatment, as consequence we can achieve a satisfactory stability of fragments to which is necessary the fi xation with the help of importable reconstructive plate. This type of treatment reduces the treatment duration considerable by the side of traditional methods – necroectomya and intermaxilla immobilization.
