Pain-primary symptom in the diagnosis of urogenital disease preventive

Abstract

In this paper, the author, a practicing urologist highest category for the first time in Moldova conducted a study of genitourinary diseases among the rural population of Moldova. They were surveyed 1125 people who turned to the urologist or family doctor at the center of family doctors in 40 villages in Moldova. Emphasis was placed on the patient’s complaints. The author concluded that pain is the most common complaint of patients with pathology of the urogenital system. They also proposed an algorithm for the diagnosis and treatment of urogenital diseases for family physicians.
