Abstract

In this article, the life and activity of the scientist, successful manager, colleague and citizen Dmitri Sain, doctor of medical sciences, research professor, is reported. About the remarkable work and achievements as a scientist, doctor and devoted citizen. Its remarkable contribution to the development of medical science, as well as the strengthening of international collaborations in the field of science and innovation in medicine, is elucidated. He successfully coordinated and implemented the National Tuberculosis Control and Prophylaxis Program and demonstrated significant efficiency in the management and monitoring of the most complex forms of tuberculosis, drug-resistant tuberculosis and associated with various comorbidities.
