Endometriosis is a pathological condition characterized by the presence of endometrial glands and stroma in ectopic sites, although pancreatic involvement has been described very rarely. A systematic literature review was performed, according to the PRISMA statement from PubMed and Google Scholar with the identification of 20 cases reported in the period 1984-2024.
