Chronic pancreatitis - diagnostic and mini - invasive endoscopic treatment

The research presents the results of surgical treatment applied to 60 patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP) between 2014 and 2024 of IMSP SCR „Timofei Moșneaga”. This study has a descriptive - retrospective characteristic by studying the aspects of the clinical manifestations of chronic pancreatitis, the distribution of pathology to gender, age, the risk factors, and the paraclinical laboratory examinations such as the blood count (the index erytrocytes, platelets, leukocytes, VSH), biochemical examination of bloof (total, direct and indirect fraction of bilirubin, serum amylase and the urinary amylase, pancreatic lipase, alkaline phosphatase, prothrombin, ALT, AST, glucose) and imagistic examinations USG, CT standard, MRI standard and colangiographic regime, CPGRE.
