The research presents the results of surgical treatment applied to 653 patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP) and its complications, during the period 1990-2025, at the “Timofei Moșneaga” Republican Clinical Hospital, Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Department. The study focuses on a comprehensive analysis of surgical treatment methods, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open (laparotomic) approaches. The surgical interventions performed were diverse, with specific indications tailored to each individual patient. The study outlines the outcomes of various surgical techniques, highlighting their advantages, disadvantages, and postoperative complications.
