Gastric bronchogenic cyst: review of literature.

Bronchogenic cyst represents rare congenital malformation, usually is benign, predominantly affecting of female. Currently, etiology and mechanism of this pathology remain fully unclear. In the majority of cases the pathology is asymptomatic or has minor symptoms. Despite the use of high-performance investigations, definitive preoperative diagnosis remains a challenge due to the absence of pathognomonic signs. Surgical treatment with complete removal of gastric bronchogenic cyst represents the most effective approach for these patients.
