Tratamentul leziunilor vaselor magistrale ale membrelor

Abstract

In this study there were analyzed some stringent problems in great vessels njuries: the fi rst medical aid administered at pre-hospital stage and in district hospitals, the treatment approach in different injuries (incised wounds, open fractures, missile wounds etc.) with or without defects of the great vessels. Trauma to the extremities falls into two basic categories, penetrating and bland. Peripheral vascular injuries may result from penetrating or blunt trauma to the extremities. If not recognized and treated rapidly, injuries to major arteries, veins, and nerves may have disastrous consequences resulting in the loss of life and limb.
