Rezumat

The family medicine is area of medicine which is based on work of a primary health care (PHC) team, with a view of maintenance and improvement of population health. The purpose of the given research is studying of the doctor’s position in a PHC team, being based on their opinion. The received results have allowed to reveal lacks in physician’s competences to work in a team. Conclusion. Development of management skills should become the important component of family physicians professional education.
