Abstract

The problem of regulation of vascular tonus duiring long time was in attention of medical representantives of the sciences clinical and fundamentall - teoretic. Actualy the treatment of the disseases and pathologic conditions accompanied by increase of the blood preasure includes a big arsenal of hypotensive drugs with diverse mechanisme of action, whch can ussualy decrease the blood preasure till to the optimal range. More modest are the success in the treatment of acute arterial hipotension what appear in many pathologic conditions and cardio-vascular affections.
