Abstract

Cerebral stroke is a problem of state importance. Each year the number of patients and disabled people due to stroke is increasing. The state government supports expenditures due to incapacity of labor peoples, because the hemorrhagic insult affect peoples in the active decades of life. The proper perspective and priority, from medico-social and economic point of view, in hemorrhagic stroke prevention is the primary prophylaxy system.
