Conflicts in medical teams can detrimentally affect the quality of care and team productivity, making their study crucial. This research aimed to analyze the causes of conflicts, explore ethical and legal aspects, and suggest resolution strategies. Bibliographic sources and regulatory documents were studied, and an anonymous survey of 90 medical workers was conducted using V. F. Riahovski’s “Self-Assessment of Conflictuality” test. Results indicated that primary conflict drivers include poor communication, stress, and limited resources. Effective conflict resolution requires enhanced communication skills, fostering a collaborative culture, transparent procedural implementation, and psychological support, all of which can greatly improve workplace dynamics.
