Aportul proteinelor în alimentaţia elevilor din instituţiile preuniversitare cu profil sportiv
Abstract
The study has included the results of daily notes for a week of food consume by 212 athletes during winterspring period and by 214 athletes during summer-autumn period. Protein intake in the diet of athletes during the winter-spring and summer-autumn was insufficient behalf of proteins of animal origin and in the same time it was established a surplus of vegetable proteins. The share of total protein requirement coverage for students athletes in winter-spring period values from 75% to 84,8 % for the summer-autumn, and for the sport girls 74,5% during the winter-spring and 80.4% in the summerautumn.Downloads
