Abstract

In many clinical and experimental works devoted to chronic hepatitis, has been shown that hemodynamic changes in the liver as well as its vascularization is one of the main links of pathogenesis pathology in question. Through non-invasive instrumental method called Doppler-color, vessel permeability was assessed hepatic parenchymal liver vascularity. Examination of hemodynamic changes by color Doppler diagnostic possibilities increase the degree of structural changes caused by chronic hepatitis B. Once virus activity of aminotransferases Increase haemodynamic changes in the maximum linear speed reduction and volume increase of fl ow velocity through the vein portae. Color Doppler method proved to be a very useful non-invasive modern, that require the mandatory in patients suffering from liver disease.
