Rolul dopplerografiei în evaluarea retardului de creştere intrauterină a fătului (revista literaturii
Abstract
Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) of the fetus represents a complex diagnosis in obstetrics. Advances in obstetrics and neonatology have greatly improved the possibilities for prenatal diagnosis of fetuses with intrauterine growth restriction. Doppler ultrasonography is supposed to be a non-invasive method to study fetal hemodynamics. Investigation of uterine and umbilical arteries presents information on perfusion of the uteroplacental and placental circulation, respectively by Doppler study of certain fetal organs some hemodynamic changes that occur in response to fetal hypoxemia can be detected, and knowing the sequence of the arterial vascular and venous changes permit monitoring of the intrauterine fetal condition.Downloads
