Abstract

The article analyzes doctors’ attitudes toward medical errors and prevention measures. It focuses on the consequences of errors for professional activity and identifies support measures to reduce risks. A survey of 60 doctors revealed stress and guilt as the main consequences of errors. Opinions on the effectiveness of support systems were divided. The findings highlight the need for effective training strategies and a supportive environment for open discussions about errors.
