Some aspects of inventive step in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals

Abstract

The article includes a short analysis of the inventive activity in the fi eld of medicine and
pharmaceutics as part of the general inventive activity in the Republic of Moldova.
In the conclusions of the article there are specifi ed the problems, the settlement of which would
increase the effi ciency of the processes of creation, legal protection and use of intellectual property
objects.
