Numărul mastocitelor se reduce esenţial în carcinoamele de col uterin

Abstract

The aim of research was study of the biopsy and postoperatoric tissues of the uterine cervix. 19 patients had the different levels of cervical dysplasia, 11 patients had carcinoma “in situ”, and 20 patients – invasive squamous cell carcinoma. The highest density of mast cells was observed in patients with carcinoma “in situ” – 82,1±11,9/mm2. The most less density of mast cells was been in patients with invasive cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix – 19,4±3,7/mm2.
