Estimarea igienică a nutriţiei elevilor din localităţile rurale

Abstract

The presented work is a result of hygienic estimation of a nutrition condition of school age children from countryside’s. Purpose was to establish relation between consumption of food and a state of health. Was confi rmed presence of malnutrition at the most part of children, characterized by insuffi cient consumption of nutrients and low calorifi c value of food.
