Particularităţile tulburărilor de ritm la copiii cu prolaps de valvă mitrală, apreciate prin metoda monitorizării Holter ECG 24 de ore
Abstract
Heart rate represents an indicator for changes in autonomous nervous system functionality. Studies on heart rate variability have a diagnostic and prognostic role in physical examination of healthy people, different pathologic circumstances and athletes. The study included 50 patients with mitral valve prolapse (average age was 12.5 ±0.44 years) who were examined with electrocardiography, cardiointervalography, echocardiography with color Doppler and ECG Holter monitoring over 24 hours. Results of the study showed that MVP are associated with supraventricular extrasystoles and vegetative dysfunction with hypersympathicotonia which is an arrhythmogenic factor.Downloads
