Abstract
The thunderclap headache (TCH) is a headache of sudden onset that reaches its maximum intensity in less than one minute (seldom within 5 minutes) and lasts from one hour to 10 days. The typical pattern of TCH is the sudden occurrence with a rapid increase in intensity within 20-30 seconds, lasting from several hours to 10 days. We present here two clinical cases of TCH.Downloads
