Abstract

Tuberculoza (TB) pediatrică este de geneză primară - se dezvoltă în rezultatul primului contact al copilului cu o sursă de infecție contagioasă. În majoritatea cazurilor la copii infecția rămîne latentă, iar în anumite condiții evoluează către TB boală. Statusul imun este factorul decisiv în acest proces. În acest articol dorim să analizăm care este impactul imunocompetenței în procesul de răspuns al macroorganismului copilului la infectarea cu Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
