PROFILUL DE REZISTENŢĂ A M. TUBERCULOSIS LA CAZURILE SECUNDARE DE TUBERCULOZĂ ÎN RAPORT CU CAZUL INDEX

Rezumat

În articol sunt prezentate date obținute în rezultatul studierii concordanței profilului de rezistență a M. tuberculosis la medicamentele antituberculoase de linia I și II la cazurile secundare din focarele intradomiciliare de tuberculoză în raport cu caz index. Datele demonstrează concordanță a profilului de rezistență la medicamentele antituberculoase de linia I (HRES) în 63,2% de cazuri perechi index-secundar, și în 40,7% cazuri perechi index-secundar la medicamentele antituberculoase de linia II. Concordanța înaltă a profilului de rezistență la medicamentele antituberculoase de linia I și de linia II, oferă dovezi importante pentru elaborarea regimurilor de tratare a unui contact intradomicilar cu tuberculoză fără rezultate TSM (Testul de sensibilitate la medicamente), până la obținerea acestora, prin utilizarea unui regim de tratament antituberculos adaptat la rezultatele TSM ale cazului index, de asemenea și utilizării profilului de rezistență al cazului index TB-DR pentru a selecta un regim de tratament preventiv a infecției tuberculoase pentru contactele intradomiciliare.
