CHIRURGIA PRIN ENDOSCOPIE FLEXIBILĂ LASER A CANCERULUI GLOTIC PRECOCE CU AFECTAREA COMISURII ANTERIOARE

Chirurgia prin endoscopie flexibilă laser (CEFL) a fost efectuată la 60 pacienți cu cancer glotic precoce cu afectarea comisurii anterioare (CA), care au fost observați timp de 5 ani după intervenție chirurgicală. CEFL a cancerului glotic cu afectearea CA demonsterază rezultate oncologice comparabile cu radioterapia și microchirurgia laser transorală și poate fi aplicată ca alternativa metodelor tradiționale. Afectarea tumorală a CA reduce rezultatele oncologice ale CEFL a cancerului glotic precoce.
