Rezumat

Criteriilor de eligibilitate pentru studiu au corespuns 39 pacienți cu cancer glotic T2a care au fost observați timp de 5 ani după intervenția chirurgicală endoscopică. Din lotul examinat, 19 pacienti au fost supuși doar chirurgiei prin endoscopie flexibilă laser (CEFL), iar 20 pacienți au suportat și radioterapia (RT) postoperatorie. CEFL în cancerul glotic T2 demonsterază rezultate oncologice comparabile cu RT și microchirurgia laser transorală. Rezultatele obținute nu confirmă avantajul presupus al RT adjuvante în tratamentul endoscopic al cancerului glotic T2.
