Rezumat

Acute rheumatic fever (ARF) represents one of the most major issues during childhood. Following the international studies, the diagrams of primary and secondary prophylaxis of ARF are presented in the article. This data will allow the establishment of a single set of guidelines in the management of the child with ARF.
