Rezultatele imediate după telegamaterapie în tratamentul recidivelor şi metastazelor cancerului ovarian

Rezumat

This study includes radiotherapy treatment of 20 patients with both remaining and metastatic ovarian cancer in the small basin who are resistant to chemotherapy. Immediate results and survival of up to 1 year and 1 to 3 years after radiotherapy treatment (telegammatherapy) are evaluated. The analysis shows both positive and very positive immediate results after radiotherapy treatment in some cases, with total tumor regression or reduction of more than 50% with a survival up to 3 years.
