Algoritmul de diagnostic al tumorilor mediastinale

Rezumat

The purpose of studying was studying and scientifi c base of the principle of individualized diagnosis and surgical treatment of the patients with mediastinal tumors. To solve the problem was established the following objectives: 1. The elaboration of a diagnostic algorithm directed to determination of morphological structure, 2. The elaboration of the new surgical aboard for surgery at the level of upper thoracic aperture on the neck and mediastinum (in the same time) and on aorto-caval recess (on cadavers). 3. The systematization of the surgical aboard for deferent compartments of mediastinum. 4. To appreciate the value of the radical, citoreductive, diagnostical operations in case of tumors of mediastinum.
