The diagnosis of breast cancer in early non-invazive forms has a big importance in treatment planning and improvement of patientis survival. Physical and morfological diagnosis of carcinoma in situ of the breast is very diffi cult. Recently, the to instrumental examination, such as mammography, MRI, ultrasound the diagnosis of carcinoma in situ of the breast become more frequent. This article suggests to assess these methods, that are described in other sources of literature, about the effi ciency of these methods in the diagnosis of carcinoma in situ of the breast and about the negative parts of these methods
