Aspecte epidemiologice ale infecţiei HIV asociate cu Hepatita virală C

Rezumat

This article discusses the epidemiology of HIV/HVC co-infection from Republic of Moldova. The study includes a number of 197 patients with HIV infection. Due to shared routes of transmission, an estimated 66,4% HIV-Infected persons are co-infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV). The most affected group in co-infection HIV/HVC was adult male blood drug users.
