Dinamica frecvenţei malformaţiilor congenitale conform datelor registrului naţional

Rezumat

Were used the data from Register of congenital anomalies (CA) from Republic of Moldova for years 2005, 2006 and 2007. The prevalence of CA was 17.1 in 2005, 21.4 in 2006 and 15.7 in for 1000 live born children. The rate of children with CA increased for 25.3% in 2006 in comparison with 2005 and was maximal, with following decreasing for 33.9% in 2007 (χ2 = 1.1 and 1.5 respectively, p > 0.1, ns.). The analysis of model CA in Moldova showed what the prevalence of Spina Bifi da in Spain (0,5 / 10000) and in Croatia (0,7 / 10000) signifi cantly lower than in Republic of Moldova (χ2 = 5,7 and 3,9 respectively). The frequency of Down syndrome in Portugal (2,4 / 10000), Switzerland (5,4 / 10000), France (5,8 / 10000), Italy (6,2 / 10000), Belgium (6,9 / 10000) and Spain (7,2 / 10000) signifi cantly lower than in Republic of Moldova (12,9 / 10000, χ2 = 46,5, 10,5, 8,7, 7,2, 5,2 and 4,5 respectivelu), and in Ireland (22,2 / 10000) and Malta (23,2 / 10000) the prevalence of Down syndrome is signifi cantly higher (χ2 = 3,9 and 4,6, respectively). At present we are developed new questionnaires for CA registering keeping in mind EUROCAT recommendations. This information is necessary for following analysis of role of these factors in development of CA in moldavian population.
