Ювенильный папиломатоз гортани

Папилломатоз гортани - доброкачественная опухоль, возникающая в результате конъюнктивальноэпителиального разрастания слизистой оболочки гортани. Это эволюционная, рецидивирующая и распространяющаяся патология вируса папилломы человека, особенно типов 6 и 11, являющихся наиболее агрессивными. Лечение комплексное, в основе микроларингоскопия с иссечением папилломы. Использовались данные из специальной литературы в отношении папилломатоза гортани и статистические данные, накопленные в течение 2010-2022 годов в клинике «Эмилиан Коцага», ЛОР-отделение. Зарегистрировано 56 больных с диагнозом папилломатоза гортани. Преобладание пола Ж/М составляет 8:5. Из общего числа обращений возраст пациентов составлял от 1 до 13 лет, из них 5 пациентов были в возрасте 2 лет. У детей папилломы множественные и часто рецидивируют после удаления, по сравнению со взрослыми, у которых они обычно единичны, но могут малигнизироваться. В некоторых случаях у детей папилломы могут регрессировать спонтанно, после пубертатного периода.
