Evaluarea ecocardiografică a pacienţilor cu malformaţii cardiace congenitale (MCC)

Аннотация

The results of ecocardiografi c examination of 3733 patients with different CHD in the Center of Heart Surgery had permitted to stabilize several rules for the sonographer for a qualitative examination of this kind of patients. In about 90% of cases respecting of these rules permits to establish a correct diagnosis and to choose an adequate cardiac surgery without cardiac catheterization.
