Abstract

The article examines the impact of organizational culture on leadership in healthcare institutions. Here it highlights the existence of the relationship between organizational culture, leadership behavior (leadership), job satisfaction and quality of health care. It is pointed out that the interdependence between the type of organizational culture and job satisfaction of medical workers affects many aspects, including patients, coworkers, quality of medical service.It is concluded that effective leadership is influenced by the definition of organizational culture which in turn contributes to improving the quality of medical service, and hospital employees would prefer to work in an environment with an innovative, positive, task-oriented culture.
