În acest articol, am analizat literatura de specialitate privind cauzele comune ale durerii de umăr. Sunt prezentate caracteristicile tratamentului conservator și chirurgical. Durerea de umăr poate fi cauzată de diverse afecțiuni, cum ar fi leziunile traumatice, tendinita, sindromul de impingement și osteoartrita. Aceste afecțiuni sunt adesea diagnosticate pe baza simptomelor clinice, iar tratamentele sunt adaptate în funcție de cauza principală. Printre cele mai frecvente cauze ale durerii de umăr se numără: traumatismele, anomaliile congenitale, degenerarea articulară și inflamațiile. O atenție deosebită este acordată metodelor de diagnostic, incluzând investigațiile imagistice și testele fizice specifice.
