В этой статье мы проанализировали специализированную литературу относительно распространенных причин боли в плече. Представлены характеристики как консервативного, так и хирургического лечения. Боль в плече может быть вызвана различными состояниями, такими как травматические повреждения, тендинит, синдром импинджмента и остеоартрит. Эти состояния часто диагностируются на основе клинических симптомов, а лечение подбирается в соответствии с основной причиной. Среди наиболее распространенных причин боли в плече - травма, врожденные аномалии, дегенерация суставов и воспаление. Особое внимание уделяется методам диагностики, включая визуализационные исследования и специальные физические тесты.
