MANAGEMENTUL PACIENȚILOR CU BOLI NEURODEGENERATIVE ÎN PERIOADA POST-COVID-19: LECȚII ÎNVĂȚATE ȘI DIRECȚII VIITOARE

Introducere: Bolile neurodegenerative (BND) sunt afecțiuni progresive cu impact major asupra independenței și calității vieții, iar pandemia COVID-19 le-a amplificat povara prin restricționarea accesului la îngrijire.
Scop: Sintetizarea datelor post-pandemice și experiența clinică pentru a propune direcții de optimizare a managementului pacienților cu BND.
Metodologie: Studiul a utilizat o abordare mixtă, combinând sinteză narativă a literaturii (PRISMA, PubMed/Scopus, 2024–2025) și interviuri în profunzime cu neurologi, pacienți și aparținători la Institutul de Neurologie și Neurochirurgie
„Diomid Gherman”, analizate tematic.
Rezultate: Analiza articolelor (n=10) și interviurile (neurologi n=7; pacienți și aparținători n=15) au evidențiat patru direcții principale: adaptarea serviciilor, impactul social și al izolării, modificările mediului de îngrijire individual și perspectivele asupra sistemului de sănătate, subliniind totodată digitalizarea consultațiilor, dezvoltarea îngrijirii la domiciliu și comunitare și persistența unor lacune în accesul la management multidisciplinar în Republica Moldova.
Concluzie: Rezultatele subliniază necesitatea consolidării resurselor și standardizării serviciilor pentru un management echitabil și centrat pe pacient al BND în perioada post-pandemică.
