Эссенциальный тремор (ЭТ) - самая частая причина тремора действия у взрослых. В большинстве случаев ЭТ может лечить врачи первичной медико-санитарной помощи, начиная с исключения вторичных причин и заканчивая терапией пропранололом или примидоном, если тремор вызывает инвалидность. Решение о направлении у невролога зависит от уверенности врача в диагнозе, его уровня комфорта при использовании лекарств, рекомендованных для подавления тремора, и реакции пациента на лечение.Библиографические ссылки
