Роль мигрень-ассоциированных симптомов в клинической картине мигренозной боли.

Мигрень — это нарушение мультисенсорной интеграции соматосенсорных, зрительных, слуховых, обонятельных стимулов, которое впоследствии может привести к различным комбинациям симптомов: головная боль, фотофобия, фонофобия, тошнота/рвота, осмофобия.Цель исследования: выделить характеристики болевого феномена (частота, продолжительность и тяжесть симптомов мигрени) в связи с сопутствующими симптомами у пациентов с мигренью. Материалы и методы: В кросс-секционное исследование были включены 94 пациента с частой эпизодической и хронической мигренью. Использованные методы исследования: клинические, описательные, статистические. В качестве инструмента исследования использовались опросники пациентов с мигренью. Первичные данные были введены в программы Excel и обработаны в MedCalc.Результаты и обсуждение: В проведенном исследовании наблюдалась статистически значимая положительная корреляция между фонофобией и головной болью пульсирующего характера. Статистически значимые положительные корреляции были обнаружены между продолжительностью приступа мигрени (в часах) и некоторыми симптомами, связанными с мигренью, такими как: беспокойство, одышка. Выводы: таким образом, интенсивность, а не продолжительность головной боли может быть пусковым механизмом для большинства, но не всех сопутствующих симптомов. Это исследование продемонстрировало клиническое значение болевого феномена и симптомов, ассоциированных с мигренью. Для того чтобы выделить специфику приступов мигрени и выяснить их особенности, изучение вегетативных явлений, сопровождающихся болевым феноменом, является особенно важной частью установления правильного диагноза.
