Влияние туберкулеза на подростков в современном контексте общественного здравоохранения

Туберкулёз (ТБ) остаётся одной из ведущих причин смертности и заболеваемости во всем мире, ежегодно затрагивая миллионы людей. Несмотря на достижения в диагностике, лечении и профилактике, туберкулёз продолжает оставаться серьёзной проблемой здравоохранения. Всемирная организация здравоохранения (ВОЗ) недавно сообщила о росте числа новых случаев, особенно в регионах с ограниченными ресурсами и среди уязвимых групп населения, включая подростков. Пандемия COVID-19 усугубила эту проблему, ограничив доступ к медицинским услугам, прервав цепочки поставок необходимых лекарств и вызвав задержки в диагностике илечении многих пациентов с туберкулёзом.
