Статья посвящена диагностике и лечению гемоторакса. Рассмотрены основные причины (травматический,
спонтанный, ятрогенный варианты), методы лечения и показания к хирургическому вмешательству. Подчёркивается
значение раннего дренирования плевральной полости, применения видеоассистированной торакоскопии (VATS)
у стабильных пациентов и торакотомии при нестабильности. Отмечена роль антибиотикопрофилактики и
внутриплевральной фибринолитической терапии в снижении осложнений. Своевременная диагностика и
индивидуализированный выбор тактики уменьшают смертность и улучшают исходы
